What payment methods are available?I can currently accept the following payment methods: Credit & Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) PayPal PayPal's 'Buy Now Pay Later' service (more information can be found on PayPal's website here)
-
Do you accept time payments?Yes! I understand and aim to accommodate each hobbyist's financial situations where possible, as I'm aware of the price point. PayPal offer a pay-in-3 plan, which can be selected at checkout (under the regular 'PayPal' button) if you feel this would suit you. Alternatively, if you would like to pay over a longer time period, please get in touch with me at rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com and I'll be happy to discuss your payment plan one-to-one, prior to sale. Any partial payments received up to the current period in time are non-refundable if the full balance of payment is incomplete. Orders will only be shipped once the full balance has been cleared.

When will my order arrive? For in-stock customs, artist proof resins and canvases, despatch will be the next working day. Shipping estimates are listed at checkout, depending on your location. Fine detail work is a labour of love. Each piece takes between 15 - 50+ hours of work, depending on complexity. Much as I would love for this to be a full-time venture, like many other artists in the hobby I currently only operate Wayfaring Fox in my evenings and weekends alongside my full-tine employment. This means that models can take a few weeks at least, if not a few months. As these pieces are handmade, some discrepancies may be found. A tracking number will be provided for orders of all types upon shipment. I can offer same-day personal delivery in certain regions of the North of England, please contact me at rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com to discuss this.
-
Do you accommodate rush orders?I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, but cannot guarantee I will have the time, materials or capacity to accommodate all rush orders. I can offer same-day personal delivery in certain regions of the North of England, please contact me at rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com to discuss this.

How do you ship models?Couriers are unfortunately notoriously unreliable with their handling. Models are wrapped in unbleached muslin, bamboo toilet roll and recycled bubblewrap, then placed within a secondary inner box to add structure. I currently use Royal Mail to ship my products. Flutter Mail is included in each purchase - this consists of freebies, discount codes, loyalty rewards and an annual catalogue showcasing all of Wayfaring Fox's products for the year. If you're purchasing a resin, a COA (certificate of authenticity) will also be included. While I do take the greatest care to pack models for smooth shipment, I take no responsibility for transport damage causes by the courier(s) used.

What Is Your Returns & Refund Policy? In order to be eligible for returning, the product must be unused, in the original condition that it was upon you receiving it, and must be returned in the original packaging (within another box if the original packaging came damaged beyond reasonable postal condition). If the item you purchased is faulty, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact me first before requesting a refund; I'm happy to help and may be able to resolve the issue or find a solution that ensures you're happy with the transaction without the need for a refund. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made, minus 10% (to cover reasonable losses, in accordance with UK law). You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to me. FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please visit the 'Returning Goods To The UK' page on the GOV.UK site for information relating to returning items from outside of the UK - returns will not be accepted and no liability accepted for any subsequent costs incurred if these requirements are not met as we cannot be liable for erroneous customs duties charged caused by returns that do not comply. If you haven't received a refund yet (and you have been told that Wayfaring Fox Creations has issued one), please check your bank account or card statement to ensure it hasn't been received first. Then contact your bank directly to verify if there is a delay on crediting the amount to your account. If you're looking to return an item purchased with a discount voucher, only the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for) will be refunded. If the item you're looking to return was purchased in a sale, it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. Please contact me if you need any further clarification.

Can I commission you to paint my model?Absolutely - more information can be found on the Commissions page on-site.
-
Are resins ready to ship immediately?Generally no. In order to reduce waste and environmental impact (as resins are essentially plastic), I cast each run to-order. This means that your copy will only be cast upon purchase and shipped once prepping has been completed (up to 2 weeks from purchase). The exceptions to this are small runs generated for live-show & in-person events, as well as artist proof copies, as these are completed and do not require any further prep or work. Artist proofs can be found on the 'Resins' page and at live shows (when available).
-
Can I customise your resins?Yes! In the spirit of Wayfaring Fox and finding your own wanderlust, I wholeheartedly support customisation of my resin editions sculpturally. However, you may not cast any part of the model, in part or whole. Please also state any modifications you've made when posting to social media or sales platforms. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me at rowena@wayfaringfox.com
-
Can you supply raffle prizes for my live show/hobby event?I am more than happy to supply pieces for events within the model horse and wider animal-loving community, if given plenty of advance notice and timeframe to complete them in. Please contact me at rowena@wayfaringfoxcreations.com to discuss the possibilities for your event.
